Tom Holyoke

Mr. Holyoke began practicing law in 1972 after serving overseas in the U. S. Army.  He is admitted in Nebraska and the U.S. Tax Court.  He is a Fellow in the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel and a designated Super Lawyer in the areas of estate planning/probate and real estate by Super Lawyers.com.  He served for six years on the Nebraska Supreme Court Advisory Committee writing ethics opinions for Nebraska lawyers.

Mr. Holyoke currently serves as a director of Regional West Health Services, Western Nebraska Community College Foundation, Oregon Trail Community Foundation, Habitat for Humanity, and Panhandle Humane Society Foundation.  He also serves on the Monument Marathon steering committee and sings in his church choir.   He is a past president of the Chamber of Commerce.
