Brendan Rice

Brendan Rice is a transactional attorney admitted to practice in Nebraska. Brendan attended Nebraska Wesleyan University from 2007 to 2010, graduating with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology. Following college, Brendan enlisted in United States Marine Corps Reserve and served in Afghanistan in support of Operation Enduring Freedom.

Post deployment, Brendan attended Creighton University School of Law from 2013 to 2016. While in law school, Brendan worked with in-house counsel at Nebraska Medicine and volunteered with Veterans’ Legal Support Network, providing aid in obtaining VA benefits. Within the community, Brendan serves on the Board of Directors of Riverside Discovery Center and is a member of Veterans of Foreign Wars, Post 1681. At the firm, Brendan serves clients with needs in the areas of wills and estate planning, real estate, business formation and protection, and corporate transactions.

In his free time, Brendan enjoys hiking, hunting, gardening, and most outdoor adventures. He also enjoys spending time with his family, loves animals, and is experimenting with brewing beer.
