Andrew W. Snyder
Andrew Snyder has extensive experience representing injured individuals. He has tried auto accident cases of all varieties, FELA, slip and fall and dog bite case to juries and judges alike. In addition, he has represented multiple businesses in litigation involving breach of contract, defect workmanship, discrimination and other aspects related to today’s business environment.
Andrew completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Nebraska from 1988 to 1992. During that time he was a member of the University’s track team. He was selected to the Academic All-Big Eight Track team three times and was awarded a varsity letter award in each of his four years of participation. He earned a degree with distinction in business administration in 1992. He continued his education at the University Of Nebraska College Of Law, graduating with distinction in 1994.
Andrew has been selected to The National Trial Lawyers Top 100 Nebraska trial lawyers each year since 2008. Andrew has also been selected to the 2014 Nebraska Super Lawyers list. Each year, no more than five percent of the lawyers in the state are selected by the research team at Super Lawyers to receive this honor. He is admitted to practice before the Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals, the Federal District Courts for the State of Nebraska, the Nebraska Supreme Court and all courts of general jurisdiction in Nebraska. He is a member of the Nebraska Association of Trial Attorneys, the Nebraska State Bar Association and the Scotts Bluff County Bar Association.
Andrew is also on the board of directors of Team Ashtyn. He is currently the President of the Scotts Bluff County Bar Association.
